1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for the Bellamy Members Club invite list is Bellamy Members Club, a société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle (SASU) with share capital of €1,500, registered in Paris, France at the R.C.S. Paris under SIREN 993 574 540.

2. What we collect

When you join the invite list we collect only:

Your first name — so we can address you properly.
Your email address — so we can contact you about the launch.
Your consent record — the date, time and source of your signup, kept as proof that you agreed.

We do not ask for, and do not want, any other personal information at this stage.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We use your details for one purpose only: to send you news about the opening of Bellamy Members Club in Paris. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submitted the form.

You can withdraw that consent at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it — every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of anything we did before you withdrew.

4. Who holds it, and who else sees it

The invite list is held by Bellamy Sport & Leisure LLC, a Delaware company in the United States. When you join, your first name, email address and consent record are sent to Bellamy Sport & Leisure LLC and stored in its email marketing account, from which the invite list emails are sent. It holds this data on behalf of Bellamy Members Club and uses it only for the purpose described in this policy.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Beyond Bellamy Sport & Leisure LLC, it is handled by two service providers:

Klaviyo, Inc. (United States): Provides the email marketing account in which the invite list is stored, and sends the emails.
Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): Hosts this website and delivers its pages.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Bellamy Sport & Leisure LLC, Klaviyo and Cloudflare are all based in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the recipient is certified, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. If the club has not opened and you have not engaged with our emails for three years, we will delete your record without waiting to be asked. Proof of your consent is kept separately for as long as we may need to demonstrate it, and no longer.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act you may:

ask what we hold about you, and get a copy;
have inaccurate details corrected;
have your data deleted;
ask us to restrict or stop processing;
receive your data in a portable format;
withdraw your consent at any time;
give instructions about what happens to your data after your death.

Write to bailee@bellamymembersclub.com and we will respond within one month. Requests are handled for both Bellamy Members Club and Bellamy Sport & Leisure LLC.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you have the right to complain to the French supervisory authority: CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — cnil.fr.

8. Cookies and fonts

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Its typefaces are served from this site itself, so loading a page does not contact Google or any other third party.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.

This policy is also available in French. If the two versions differ, the French version prevails.
